2. Order Processing & Lead Times

  • In-Stock & Sample Orders: Processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Bulk Production Orders: Custom manufacturing or large volume orders take 15 to 30 business days to prepare before shipping.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched from our Shanghai facility:

  1. We will send you a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping carrier details.
  2. For sea freight, we will provide you with the Bill of Lading (B/L), container number, and vessel tracking updates.
  3. You can track your shipment online at any time or contact our support team for status updates.

4. Professional Packaging Standards

Indoor growing gear, glass bulbs, LED fixtures, and plastic planters require secure packaging to survive long-distance transit.

  • All grow lights and fans are wrapped in thick protective foam and packed in heavy-duty corrugated cartons.
  • Grow tents are compactly folded and boxed with reinforced corners.
  • Fragile items (like ceramic pots or light fixtures) are palletized and wooden-crated for sea freight.

5. Delivery Address & Contact Requirements

Please ensure your delivery address, receiver name, phone number, and tax ID (if required by your local customs) are accurate. WELTECH is not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses.
